Jee Productions is lucky to have such a talented artist producing on their label. Hailing from Munich, Germany, Jerome Isma-Ae has one of the freshest sounds in progressive house, drawing off of trace-like elements to create productions that stand alone when compared to others. He was featured as the opener for Gareth Emery for his epic Governor’s Island NYC show last weekend. ”My Breath Has Been Taken” is an ominous journey. The drums and playful bass lead you eerily into delicate synths that are sprinkled over the energetic beat. As the song climaxes, haunting vocals build into a powerful yet progressive drop.
