Chasin’ with Sander van Doorn at Pacha NYC 6/1/12

Sander van Doorn, owner of Doorn Records and producer of the recent chart topping hit “Nothing Inside” with vocals by the exquisite Mayaeni brought thunder to the walls of Pacha NYC this past Friday June 1st, 2012, as he always does with his much anticipated New York City appearances. Sander van Doorn opened up the night with a powerhouse live performance with beautiful vocalist Mayaeni, enlightening our ears with their phenomenal new release “Nothing Inside”. The crowd went wild at the site of Mayaeni alongside Sander van Doorn delivering a live performance so exhilarating to the educated progressive trance listener. Amidst the Sander van Doorn madness that had overtaken Pacha NYC this past Friday, our ears were graced with the fine EDM tunes of Miike Snow’s “Devils Work (Dirty South Remix)” and “The Wave (Thomas Gold Remix)” among many other ear rupturing dance floor hits.

Later in the evening we were graced with the melodious sounds of “Love is Darkness” which made the crowd go stir crazy, only to be follow by none other than our favorite track “Koko Prutata”. So effervescently transitioned into the closing minutes of Sander van Doorn’s high energy set at Pacha was Sander’s original mix of “Eagles” with the exceptional vocals of Adrian Lux. I know I lost control when that heart pounding drop hit the walls of Pacha NYC this past Friday June 1st, 2012. Sander van Doorn’s performances are always jam packed with high energy symphonic melodies that his fans accredit and love. He always creeps up on us with mysterious builds linear with euphoric effects and an adrenaline-pounding drop. Overall it was another amazing “Back by Dope Demand” evening with Sander van Doorn and the Pacha NYC team.
