Preview: Refune Records is ‘All Mixed Up’ for Halloween 2012

Yesterday, the Refune Records team decided to get EDM fans all ‘mixed up’ with speculations about a Halloween surprise. Everyone using the hashtag #MIXED UP were added to the www.iammixedup.com site as well all were left in the dark about the upcoming events. Today, a new Halloween Helpline has been released in regards to the Refune mixup. Personally, I thought the helpline was a bit of a joke at first, but it is 100% real. When you dial the helpline, an eery voice recording starts to speak, indicating to watch out for the numbers “102712″ and ending off with an evil laugh.

After spotting the ‘mixup’ on the social media channels of Sebastian Ingrosso, Otto Knows, and Alesso, we can all anticipate a huge Halloween announcement for October 27, 2012. Another subliminal message or clue about the event is given to us through the www.iammixedup.com site. The Chrysler Building, a New York City landmark, is a prominent feature in the background. With Sensation New York on it’s way, scheduled for the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on 10/26 & 10/27, we are left to wonder whether or not this will coincide or compete with the first ever Sensation America. Something tells me that we won’t be ‘mixed up’ for long! Stay tuned!
