Preview: Insomniac Presents Cosmic Gate at Avalon Hollywood Memorial Day Weekend

Vegas is the place to be Memorial Day Weekend if you’re an EDM fan on the west coast, but if you can’t stomach the traffic to the desert or can’t afford the hefty price tag to stay on the strip then Avalon in Hollywood is where you need to be. Cosmic Gate brings their Wake Your Mind tour to LA featuring live performances by Emma Hewitt, JES, Cary Brothers and special guest Wippenberg on Saturday (21+) and Sunday (18+) night.

Cosmic Gate has been touring around the world promoting their latest album, Wake Your Mind (released at the end of last year), which features collaborations with Arnej and Andrew Bayer and features the vocals of JES, Cary Brothers, Emma Hewitt and Aruna.

Cosmic Gate will be playing a 4-hour set and seeing as the pair doesn’t come to Los Angeles often, this is one event you will not want to miss. With over 11 years in the dance music scene, Cosmic Gate have and continue to be a innovative and inspiring presence in trance music. If you’re looking for a night of fun, an education in trance or a religious experience then this is the event for you. Wake your mind. We won’t tell.
