Preview: Group Therapy Hits Chicago with Above & Beyond, Cosmic Gate & Mat Zo 5.12.12

After checking out my first Group Therapy show on Ultra Music Festival eve in Miami this year, I have been waiting for experience number two. Luckily the wait is almost over and Above and Beyond with guests: Cosmic Gate, Mat Zo, and Peter Kontor will be hitting the Chicago EDM scene on May 12th to put on a show at the historical Congress Theater. This show lineup is sure to attract both seasoned veterans as well as newbies alike looking to come together for some “trance around the world” right here in Chicago. Sure fire bangers to look forward to that night, are recent releases such as Mat Zo’s “The Sky” featuring Linnea Schossow, in addition to classics such as Above and Beyond’s “Thing Called Love” and “On a Good Day.” This show is sure to provide musical therapy to all, combining a perfect mash of whimsical trance roots and house beats that will keep you dancing all through the night.
