Afrojack – Annie’s Theme (Out on 11/5)

“It’s a piece of music, it doesn’t need a name” expressed Nick Van De Wall when asked about his new upcoming track that was exposed yesterday on Annie Mac’s prime-time BBC Radio 1 show. The follow up track to his most recently released banger Rock The House, Annie’s Theme resembles that classic Afrojack sound that can be found in tracks such as Replica and Selecta. All I can say is, Afrojack is officially back! (As if he went anywhere!)

His trademark rough high pitched beeps, whines, and whistles are mashed up flawlessly to create what looks to be, in my opinion, one his best tracks thus far. Though the name is subject to change when the track is finally released, it’s comforting to know the release date is upon us after being highly anticipated for so long since its debut at Ultra Music Festival. It doesn’t stop there, due to the amount of insane ID tracks in his recent sets, we’ll be seeing some more releases from Nick in the near future! Releasing on November 5, 2012; be sure to get your copy! Purchase link.
