Preview: Fries & Shine – The Disco Fries & Tommie Sunshine at Pacha NYC 7/27/12

Remix master and knowledgeable sage of all things modern music Tommie Sunshine will be blowing minds with The Disco Fries at Pacha tomorrow night. Doors open at 10pm and the event is 19+ which means no high school party goers. BOOM. Tickets and tables are available here. Tommie is sure to put on an amazing show, as his return to Pacha NYC has been highly anticipated by New York fans. We were able to catch a tiny bit of Tommie’s set at the DJ Club Network event in New York City last month, which only left us wanting more.

The impressive mix master effortlessly put together 6 different Katy Perry tracks, for one out of control mash. Uploaded to Katy Perry’s YouTube account, the crazy mix has received over 3 million views and tons of praise throughout the viral spread of the video. Wonder if Tommie will drop this at all for Pacha NYC tonight?

The Disco Fries had worked with the likes of Pitbull, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Usher and a plethora of other big name artists before teaming up with Tommie Sunshine last year on a series of remixes that have garnered both acts massive support. Mr. Sunshine, an active alternative rock remixer since the early 90s, he most recently collaborated with Katy Perry this year to create a mega mash up of Teenage Dream.

With remixes of remixes mixing all over the place all night long, it’s sure to be dance central up in that ish all night long. Hopefully, you’ll have as much chemistry with that PYT you start grinding up on as Tommie and the Fries have with each other. Just look at how cute they are together!
