Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas Phase 1 Lineup Announcement

Insomniac Events own Pasquale Rotella announces new information on Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2012 !! Gushing to MTV on Wednesday, he reveals that the 2012 celebration will have over 500 performers 30 carnival rides, and “enough fireworks to rival the Olympics”. Since 1993, Insomniac has been producing the biggest electronic music celebrations the United States has seen, and the 2012 edition of EDC will be no different. Rotella explains to MTV that EDC is about “the whole experience” and having experienced Insomniac created events for myself, he is certainly not kidding. The overall experience of EDC is unlike anything in the world, and this year New Yorkers get a taste of EDC as well. With announcements about EDC Las Vegas, which is a few weeks after the announced EDC New York (which is really being held in Met Life Stadium in New Jersey) – we can anticipate seeing some of the same faces on the east coast. Already receiving a Phase 1 for EDC New York which does include some of the names below, we are left to wonder just how different the two “carnivals” will be!
